Main Ingredients:
- Minced pork 200g
- Fresh corn kernel 80g
- Low sodium soy sauce 2 teaspoons
- Giant Brazil brown mushrooms x4
- Corn Starch 5g
- Low sodium oyster sauce 2 tablespoons
Recipe:
Let’s follow these steps to cook your perfect dish:
- Combine minced pork and corn kernel. Add low sodium soy sauce. Mix well.
- Rinse Giant Brazil brown mushrooms. Turn mushrooms over. Spread minced pork corn kernel mixture at base of mushrooms. Brush on a thin layer of corn starch.
- Preheat oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes. Put mushrooms into oven and bake at 180℃ for 30 minutes.
- Mix low sodium oyster sauce with 200ml water. Bring to boil. Drizzle over baked brown mushrooms.
