Cigna Healthcare Appoints Michael Khan as CEO of Hong Kong Business

HONG KONG, April 9, 2026 – Cigna Healthcare today announced the appointment of Michael Khan as Chief Executive Officer of its Hong Kong business, subject to regulatory approval. Khan’s appointment underscores Cigna Healthcare’s continued commitment to disciplined growth, customer centric innovation, and long term value creation in Hong Kong.

In his new role, Khan will be responsible for advancing the growth and performance of Cigna Healthcare’s employer health benefits and individual health businesses in Hong Kong, with a focus on delivering resilient, customer-centric health solutions that meet the evolving needs of employers, employees, and individuals. He reports to Robert Peat, CEO of Asia Pacific, Cigna Healthcare International Health.

Prior to joining Cigna Healthcare Hong Kong, Khan held senior roles with Mercer Marsh Benefits in London, Singapore, and most recently led their Health and Benefits practice in Hong Kong.
