The company captured the grand prize for the “Outstanding Claims Management Award – General Insurance” and was also named Top Three finalists in the “Best Partnership Project Award – General Insurance” category, underscoring Cigna’s innovative approach to strategic collaboration.

Winning the “Outstanding Claims Management Award – General Insurance” highlights Cigna Healthcare Hong Kong’s excellence in claims service, guided by a customer-first philosophy that combines innovation, empathy and governance.
