- Minced pork 200g
- Fresh corn kernel 80g
- Low sodium soy sauce 2 teaspoons
- Giant Brazil brown mushrooms 4
- Corn Starch 5g
- Low sodium oyster sauce 2 tablespoons

Step 1/4
Combine minced pork and corn kernel. Add low sodium soy sauce. Mix well.
Step 2/4
Rinse Giant Brazil brown mushrooms. Turn mushrooms over. Spread minced pork corn kernel mixture at base of mushrooms. Brush on a thin layer of corn starch.
Step 3/4
Preheat oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes. Put mushrooms into oven and bake at 180℃ for 30 minutes.
Step 4/4
Mix low sodium oyster sauce with 200ml water. Bring to boil. Drizzle over baked brown mushrooms.
