As winter approaches, we look for ways to warm our bodies up. Apart from the obvious choices like thick clothing or sizzling hot food, performing dynamic stretches is also a fantastic way to bring warmth to our bodies.

- Face up on the floor.
- Hug right kneecap to chest.
- Hug both knees.
- Repeat on the other side.
Hip stretch with a twist4
This routine is ideal for those who spend a long time sitting in an office every day. It stretches the core and back, and opens up the hips.


- Push-up position.
- Bring left foot up to left hand. Keep hips down and back flat.
- Twist to left and left arm reaches up. Hold for 2-3 seconds.
- Return to push-up position.
- Repeat on other side.
