Digital Services
What are the digital services included in Cigna HealthFirst Elite Medical Plan and Cigna HealthSecure Lady Care Plan ?
Both plans have access to the same set of Care and Cure digital services provided by The CareVoice.
What are the Care and Cure digital services?

Care digital service focuses on providing preventive health management services, including body measurement using your smart phone’s camera function, guided meditation, nutrition tool, health articles and lifestyle rewards.

Cure digital service provides one-stop digital medical support. It includes doctor search and navigation, online appointment booking, and policy management services so you can access your E-medical card, view policy documents and make E-claims.

How do I activate Care and Cure digital services?

All Care and Cure digital services are available on The CareVoice App. Please download The CareVoice App on App Store/Google Play if you are accessing the services for the first time. After installing the app, please choose CIGNA – blüüm woman and bind your policy using the instructions provided by Cigna in the welcome email sent to you. Now, you can enjoy the Care and Cure digital services!

I can't log in to The CareVoice App, what should I do?
If you are unable to log into the App, please refer to ‘Contact Us’ in the app’s login page for assistance.
How do I check the progress of my E-claims?
Cigna will notify you via e-mail or SMS if there is an update to your claim status. You may also log into the CareVoice App to view the latest status of your claims.
Can I modify or cancel my doctor’s appointment if I have other plans?
Yes, you can modify and cancel the appointment on The CareVoice App. Please modify or cancel the appointment beforehand if your plan changes.
What is included in the Lifestyle Rewards? How do I use them?

Lifestyle rewards are offered by The CareVoice and will include a variety of vouchers and discounts that encourage a healthy lifestyle.

To use these rewards, simply log into The Carevoice App, select and redeem the specific reward you would like to enjoy.
