Your dedicated Care Manager will provide professional advice to help you better prepare for your surgery or treatment.

Second Medical Opinion

Your Care Manager will arrange to match your treatment specialty after reviewing your medical information. Specialist physician referral service will be provided if applicable.

During Treatment

Provide 1 to 1 Care Manager assistance to ensure you receive the best possible care and treatment.

Explain medical terminology to help you understand the benefits, risks and side effects of your treatment objectively.

Post-Hospitalization

Provide home care referral services if necessary.

Provide continued emotional support to you and your family members throughout the recovery journey.

If circumstances require it, provide admission and/or discharge companion service and discuss any post- surgery care plan with your physician (if applicable) and ensure things go as planned.

Cashless Hospitalization

Call us as soon as possible once you know your upcoming planned admission and we will arrange a credit facility for you at the private hospital of your choice upon approval. This means you will not need to pay any deposit to the hospital, and need not worry about initiating claims after discharge while you focus on your recovery, so that you can focus on the treatment and recovery.

Each virtual consultation, one outpatient visit will be automatically deducted from your benefit.
Remarks:

  1. Delivery fee is an out-of-pocket expense. Patients may arrange payment using a credit card within the app.
  2. Standard medication is included for 3 or 5 days (depending on your plan).
  3. If your plan covers extra medications, the amount will be deducted from prescribed medication under clinical benefit.
  4. If your plan does not cover extra medications, the amount will need to be paid out-of-pocket.
