  • Minced pork                               200g
  • Fresh corn kernel                       80g
  • Low sodium soy sauce                2 teaspoons
  • Giant Brazil brown mushrooms    4
  • Corn Starch                               5g
  • Low sodium oyster sauce            2 tablespoons

Step 1/4

Add 125ml water to unsweetened soy milk. Bring to a gentle boil.

Step 2/4

Add oatmeal. Cook over a high heat for 5 minutes.

Step 3/4

Add egg white and Chinese wolfberries.

Step 4/4

Bring to the boil. Turn heat off. Add the diced spring onion and salt.
