Manager, Customer Value Management

The incumbent will be responsible for realizing the profitable potential of customer value within business requirements through CVM initiatives; providing strategic business and marketing recommendations based upon data analytics; advising and assisting in strategic utilization of customer data and realizing each customer value opportunity; encouraging and promoting CVM awareness and ensuring efficient and effective CVM system implementation and integration.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or above with excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals;
• Minimum 8 years' marketing experience with 3-5 years' CVM, data mining and direct marketing experience;
• Strong leadership skill and persistency in driving company-wide CVM initiatives;
• Proven strong project and management skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills;
• Able to use application software such as MS OFFICE and SAS;
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
