Assistant Manager, Corporate Training & Development

Reporting to Director of Human Resources, the incumbent will be one of the key members in the Human Resources Department and will:

• be responsible for managing the training & development initiatives and programs from planning to delivery and post-training monitoring processes;
• be the trainer and facilitator for training programs and team building activities
• provide hands on training administration support;
• assist in the performance management program;
• plan and implement employee relations functions to enhance the communication and cohesiveness of the workforce.

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
• At least 8 years solid experience in human resources management
• solid training & development exposure with training delivery experience
• good presentation and facilitation skills;
• Mature, self motivated, result orientated, and able to work under pressure;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese are essential;
• Experience in insurance industry is preferred.

Candidates with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Senior Officer.
