Central Sales & Service

This position will be responsible for assisting Sales / Project Manager in formulating, developing and executing the strategies for the telemarketing team.  He/She will lead and manage a team of telesales and/or Team Leader(s) in providing training, coaching and motivation to achieve both sales target and quality standard.

To ensure high quality service delivered by the Telemarketers, this position will be responsible for conducting regular assessment on Telemarketer identifying respective strengths and areas for development. He/She will be able to follow up with each Team Leader by providing feedback on their teams’ performance and prepare relevant reports for management review.
