Protection Coverage

Proposed Person Insured Issue Age  Age 18 - 60*
Accidental Death Benefit  Lump sum payment will be paid to beneficiary if the person insured dies due to an accident
Accidental Total and Permanent Disability Benefit**  Lump sum payment will be paid if the person insured suffers from Total and Permanent Disability due to an accident
Additional Accidental Death Benefit in a Common Carrier  Additional lump sum payment will be paid to beneficiary if the person insured dies in any accident whilst traveling as a fare-paying passenger occupying a Common Carrier.
Additional Accidental Total and Permanent Disability Benefit in a Common Carrier**  Additional lump sum payment will be paid if the person insured suffers from Total and Permanent Disability due to an accident whilst traveling as a fare-paying passenger occupying a Common Carrier.
Accidental Medical Expenses Benefit
(per accident)		 Reimbursement of medical expenses, if the person insured is injured due to accident.
Compassionate Death Benefit***  Lump sum payment will be paid to beneficiary in the event of death of the person insured due to any cause.
SOS 24-Hour Worldwide Emergency Assistance Services**** Emergency medical evacuation or repatriation to Hong Kong and a series of 24-hour worldwide evacuation services.
Computerized Spinal Health Assessment Coupon  Computerized Spinal Health Assessment Coupon will be offered at the policy issuance.

Remarks:

* The coverage will automatically end upon the first Anniversary Date after the Person Insured reaches age 70.
** Policy will be terminated upon payment of this benefit or the Person Insured dies.
*** If the person insured dies as a result of sickness within first twelve (12) calendar months from the commencement date, we shall refund all premiums paid from the commencement date, without interest, to the beneficiary only.
**** These services are provided by International SOS (HK) Limited.
