Manager, Customer Value Management

The incumbent will be responsible for realizing the profitable potential of customer value within business requirements through CVM initiatives; providing strategic business and marketing recommendations based upon data analytics; advising and assisting in strategic utilization of customer data and realizing each customer value opportunity; encouraging and promoting CVM awareness and ensuring efficient and effective CVM system implementation and integration.

Assistant Manager, Product Development

The incumbent is responsible for supporting Senior Manager, Product Development, to identify, design and implement various product development initiatives for different distribution channels. The incumbent also assists in on-going product maintenance including product enhancement, competitive analysis, maintenance of sales illustration system, etc.

Manager, Marketing

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the incumbent will lead a small team and will be responsible for formulating and implementing marketing strategies in support of the growth initiatives. He / She will be responsible for marketing communications, managing customer campaigns rollout, overseeing budgets of the programs and monitoring results, managing e-sales and other new marketing channels, developing and executing ATL and BTL promotions for all channels and conducting competitive study of the insurance market.
