Executive, Relationship Management
Working closely with the relationship management team, the incumbent is responsible for monitoring key actions with Business Partners and managing program execution timelines; providing executive support for Campaigns and Partnership Management; preparing departmental monthly and annual reports to Regional Office and local Executive Management to ensure effective and efficient communication channels with business partners and internal parties.
Requirements:
- Sound account management/ client relationship skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese;
- Degree holder with 3 or above experience preferably in insurance field or marketing sector;
- Able to work and think independently and under pressure;
- Strong campaign management and coordination skills with ability to meet deadlines in a multi-tasking environment; and
- Strong PC skills.
