Assistant Business Analyst

 

The incumbent will assist Business Analyst to provide HK country-specific business analysis support and projects, including user requests, key initiatives, new products, critical processes and technology solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform business analysis;
  • Produce business requirement documents, workflows and functional specifications;
  • Work with technical teams to design effective solutions;
  • Facilitate user training and workshops;
  • Formulate test strategies;
  • Perform pre-UAT cycles and manage UAT exercises.

Requirements: 

  • University or Polytechnic graduate in computer related discipline; qualification in FLMI is an advantage;
  • At least 3 years of working experience in insurance field and one year in business analyst role;
  • Sound IT knowledge and experience in project coordination is preferable;
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of English and Chinese;
  • Good interpersonal skills in working with all levels of colleagues;
  • Strong analytical mind;
  • Able to work independently and be a fast learner.
