Senior Executive, Quality Assurance

 

To ensure high quality service delivered by the Telemarketers, this position will be responsible for conducting regular assessment on Telemarketer identifying respective strengths and areas for development. He/She will be able to follow up with each Team Leader by providing feedback on their teams’ performance and prepare relevant reports for management review. 

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years solid experience in telemarketing;
  • Experience in financial or insurance industry is preferred;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese; and
  • Proficient in MS Office application, excellent team player.
