Assistant Team Manager / Team Leader / Assistant Team Leader, Telemarketing 

 

This position will be responsible for assisting Sales/Project Manager in formulating, developing and executing the strategies for the telemarketing team. He/She will lead and manage a team of telesales and/or Team Leader(s) in providing training, coaching and motivation to achieve both sales target and quality standard.

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with at least 3 years of sales and/or supervisory experience in call centre;
  • Insurance experience is a definite advantage;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Able to work under pressure, hard-working, mature with leadership & communication skills; and
  • Shift duty is required.
